A few useful pointers for signing in, joining your community and finding help in your society workspace.
Joining your society
Use the email address your society office invited. Create an account or sign in, complete email verification and enter your private resident or team invitation. Keep invitation codes private. Ask your society office for a replacement if an invitation has expired or been revoked.
Setting up a society
Sign in and choose to set up a society. Add its details, buildings and exact home labels, then review before completing. Optional configuration can be added separately. The sample setup is a preview and does not create a real society.
Trouble signing in?
Check the email address and verification message first. Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page when it is available. Never share your password or email verification link with another person.
Everyday society questions
For requests, invitations, visitor arrangements and society records, sign in to your current workspace and use its available request or office workflows. Access depends on your current society role. No platform support email or phone number has been confirmed for this preview.
